What are your cancellation policies? Can I cancel because of the weather, etc?
- All reservations must be paid in full at time of booking
- Waiver signer must be 21 years or older
- If cancellation is made at least 30 days in advance of the reservation start date, guest will incur a $25 cancellation fee
- If cancellation is made between 15-29 days in advance of the reservation start date, guest will receive a 50% refund
- If cancellation is made within 14 days of reservation date, no refund will be given
Do you allow pets?
Must be well behaved, quiet, under control, and on a leash at all times. Please clean up after them and never leave them unattended. Dogs are $3.00/dog per day with a max of 5 dogs per site and are not allowed in any building or the pool area
Seasonal Rates
Q: What are the seasonal rates for 2026?
A: For the 2026 season, 30 Amp Water & Electric Sites on Lots 1–14 are $4,000 for the season. Lots 50–54 and 178–193 are $5,000 for the season.
Q: What utilities are included?
A: Each site includes unlimited electric and unlimited water. There are no meters or additional usage fees — simply plug in and enjoy your stay.
Q: Can I bring my own golf cart?
A: Yes. Guests may bring their own golf cart for $550 for the season. Proof of insurance is required.
Q: Is there honey wagon service available?
A: Yes. Daily pump-out service is available for an additional fee.
Q: What is the payment schedule?
A: A 50% deposit is due by November 15, 2025. Of that deposit, $250 is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due by May 1, 2026. A $10 per day late fee will apply after May 1.
Q: How are sites assigned?
A: Sites are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Site selection begins once a deposit is received.
