Rules and Regulations
General Policies and Information:
- Alcoholic Beverages: Acceptable in moderation on your site only
- Cabins and Lodging: No smoking and no pets allowed inside or around cabins or any of the lodging units
- Campsites: One camping unit per site
- Check In Time: Check in is 3 pm. If you arrive between 1-3pm there is a $15 early check in fee (no arrivals prior to 1pm). Early check in is based on availability and NOT guaranteed unless reserved at the time of booking. Sorry, there is no early check-in for lodging units (cabins/park models/house etc.)
- Check Out time: Lodging Units — 11am. Campsites — 12pm check out. No refunds for shortened stays
- Drug Use: Strictly Prohibited. Marijuana is legal but we don’t want to hear about it, know about it and certainly don’t want to smell it. This is a family friendly campground and our private property.
- Dump Station: Free for registered guests
- Fires: Only in fire rings – which may not be moved. Please do not place grills on picnic tables
- Firewood: Available for sale at the camp store. Due to the potential spread of disease, no outside firewood may be brought into the campground. Our trees are one of our biggest assets onsite and we can’t risk it.
- Garbage: Place in plastic bags and deposit in dumpster near the exit. There is no trash service. Please clean up your site when you leave. No trash in fire rings
- Golf Carts: Available for rent at the camp store, 2 day min on golf cart rentals. Bring your own golf cart for $5 per day and proof of insurance provided in advance of reservation
- Guns and Fireworks: Keep them at home, they are not allowed
- Hammocks: Available for daily rent at the camp store
- Honey Wagon: Available upon request, coordinate at camp store
- Laundry: Available on site
- Linen Service: Available upon request for a fee and not guaranteed unless made at the time of reservation. All lodging, with the exception of the house, are bring your own bedding and linens
- Parking: Do not park your vehicle(s) on an unoccupied site. All vehicles must have a pass – vehicles without a pass will be towed at the owner’s expense. Off site parking for something like a boat trailer may be offered for a fee but is not guaranteed
- Pets: Must be well behaved, quiet, under control, and on a leash at all times. Please clean up after them and never leave them unattended. Dogs are $3.00/dog per day and are not allowed in any building or the pool area
- Pets and Lodging Units: Absolutely no dogs allowed in or around our lodging units. If you are staying in a lodging unit, make other accommodations for your pet. $200/day fine for having a dog in or around your unit. Management reserves the right to blacklist customers who do not follow this policy
- Pets Restricted Breeds: No loud or aggressive dogs or dogs with bite history
- Propane: Available for sale at the camp store
- Quiet Hours: From 10:30 pm to 8:00 am. No loud talking, music, or disturbing your closest neighbor
- Speed Limit: The park speed limit is 5 MPH to keep you, your kids and your pets safe
- Store Hours: Posted at the store
- Swimming: Parents – supervise your children at ALL times. There are NO LIFEGAURDS ON DUTY – SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK
- Tents: Two tents max on tent sites, one additional tent allowed on lodging and RV sites.
- Visitors: Day guests are $5 per person per day and $10 per person overnight visitor (children 4 and under are free). Day visitors must exit the resort by 10 pm. All visitors must stop at the office to register. Vehicle passes are required.
- Washrooms: Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please help us keep the washrooms clean
- We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave (without a refund) for inappropriate behavior: excessive noise, disrespect of property and staff, failure to follow above policies, etc.
